What is Coaching?

Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them.

The coach is not a subject expert, but rather is focused on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside their head.

Death of a loved one

Nothing is permanent. Not even our life. We live each day taking so much for granted. Sometimes an incident or an event shakes our entire reality and changes our life forever. We are left with so many questions unanswered. So many things unsaid and undone. Losing a loved one is an extremely painful phase of life. No words can define the grief.

But such is life. The reality is that eventually we all have to move on.  It is important that certain wounds heal as you move on. The memories of that person should be a source of joy and not a sharp pain in your heart.

PTSD

There are memories which haunt us. They instigate emotions in us which are so intense and negative in nature that they scare us and cause a lot of pain and uneasiness within the body and mind. Sometimes there is a physical pain in the head, throat or gut or any other part of body which triggers at the thought of that particular incident. This condition is known as Post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.

PTSD  is a very common disorder today. Some are not even aware that they are suffering from one. It leaves your angry and teary eyed at the mere mention of anything that reminds you of what had happened.

Do not let these thoughts and memories control you. It is necessary to heal and love yourself from within. Therapy positively enables you to deal with it confidently. With counseling it is possible to free your mind from trauma and have a healthy, happy life.
